Q: What makes FFF different to anything I've tried before?
A: you might have tried 101 different things to stop binge/emotional eating, lose weight and feel in control of food, so of course it can feel scary to try something new again when so many things have failed you in the past!
And that's the key, you didn't fail; the approach failed YOU!
Unfortunately, many approaches only focus on 1 or maybe 2 aspects of binge and emotional eating (like therapy focusing on psychology/mindset, nutritionists covering nutrition etc). But as binge eating is multi-dimensional, we need a multi-dimensional approach. That's why we cover all 4 phases needed to truly heal, and what makes FFF so effective.
We also concentrate on healing the root cause of why we turn to food in the first place, so the changes actually last.
